We do NOT sell children's tickets.

If you choose to attend with your children, you MUST SUPERVISE your children at all times. Children may NOT roam around the church. They should NOT play outside unattended as the streets of Elgin can be busy at times. We do NOT provide childcare.

Lastly, children CANNOT attend Small Group Prayer Ministry sessions due to the sensitive nature of the topics students will be praying for.

If you child is unable to remain quiet or cause disturbances during any session, you will be asked to leave with your child.

IF you would like to invite your ADULT-AGED CHILD to the conference, we ask that you purchase a SPOUSE ticket with your child's permission. Please email [email protected] with your ADULT CHILD's information (name, email address, mailing address).

YES - you can bring your spouse. Please purchase a separate SPOUSE ticket.

This year, the ONLINE ticket does NOT include Small Group prayer ministry sessions.
Ken and the team made this difficult decision after multiple attempts during the past IMMERSE conferences to improve the quality of online Small Groups without success.

Ken's teachings, Large Group Demonstrations, Impartation and SAT NIGHT Healing Services will be broadcast via Zoom - BUT there will be NO Small Group Prayer Ministry sessions with TA's for ONLINE ATTENDEES.

We do NOT offer group discounts for IMMERSE. In the past, students and spouses purchased a COUPLES ticket. This year, they need to purchase separate STUDENT ticket and SPOUSE ticket.

NO. Tickets are issued to OSM Students ONLY and are NOT transferable between event sessions/days.

We ask that you dress respectfully for this conference. Shirts and shoes ARE required.

NO - The IMMERSE conference registration CLOSES June 15. This allows our team to adequately prepare and assign students to Small Group Prayer Ministry sessions during the conference.

You will receive a confirmation email AFTER purchasing your ticket(s). Please have your confirmation email handy for the CHECK-IN process upon arrival at the Vineyard Church of Elgin.

The main sanctuary building was built PRIOR to the passage of Americans with Disabilities Act and is grandfathered in. However, there is an ADA compliant ramp entrance to the lobby. While there is a short staircase going up to the sanctuary and a short staircase going down to the Community Room, both stairs have chair lift for those needing assistance.

The restroom downstairs by the Community Room is ADA accessible. IN ADDITION, we will be renting additional restrooms (parked out at the parking lot) that will be fully ADA compliant.

The Vineyard Church of Elgin is located at 220 Division St, Elgin, IL 60120

For those driving, set your GPS to 150 Dexter Ct, Elgin, IL 60120 - which is the FREE PARKING GARAGE less than 2 blocks from the church.

FIRST, we STRONGLY recommend that you fly to O'Hare International Airport (ORD), NOT Midway International Airport (MDW). Elgin is much more accessible from ORD, and the traffic will be easier.

We do NOT offer pickup from the airport. However, we will provide a signup for students to give and share rides from the airport and to the airport as we get closer to the conference.

The church has a small parking lot, but THESE PARKING SPACES ARE RESERVED for those requiring ADA accommodations (wheelchair and walker use).

The City of Elgin offers FREE PARKING at a PUBLIC GARAGE within 2 blocks of the church. The address of the garage is 150 Dexter Ct, Elgin, IL 60120

At this year's conference, we are NOT providing a meal plan.

There are multiple restaurants and food vendors at downtown Elgin a short walking distance from the church. You are also welcome to order-in your food and eat at the Community Room during the lunch breaks.

In partnership with the Vineyard Church of Elgin, Orbis Ministries will host an Outdoor Worship and Evangelism Outreach on FRIDAY NIGHT, June 27. OSM students are INVITED to participate in this Outdoor Worship and Evangelism Outreach at the Festival Park (10-minute walk from the church).

From 6pm to 9pm, we intend to worship outdoors, preach the Good News of our Savior Jesus and pray for the sick and cast out some demons. We will have amplified sound for worship and preaching.

ALL students are ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND, as we need many prayer ministers and evangelists who will engage with the public who are drawn in by worship. We also need several volunteers who want to publicly give their testimonies of salvation, healing or deliverance ON STAGE using a MIC.

We also hope to have THREE teams of worship band (one hour each). Students who lead worship, sing, play guitar or piano or drums are encouraged to volunteer.

Orbis Prayer Ministry Network (OPMN) is a team of prayer ministers made up of OSM students, who train to increase their proficiency in prayers for healing, prophecy, inner healing and deliverance.

Applicants, who have completed FOUR 100-level courses of Heal as Jesus Healed (HAJH), Prophesy with the Prophets (PWTP), He Restores My Soul (HRMS), and Breaking Bondage (BB), are eligible to apply.

ALL applicants MUST attend IMMERSE in-person to be evaluated and MUST BE endorsed by their OSM TA's.
